License Grant

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Share, sell, rent, or sublicense your license key to others
- Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security or licensing mechanisms
License Key
Your license key is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Each license key is tied to your hardware and may have usage restrictions as specified in your purchase agreement.
Payment and Refunds
All fees for licenses are due at the time of purchase. Refund policies are as specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect existing licenses.
Intellectual Property
Recon-Spoofer and all related content, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, and documentation, are the property of Recon-Spoofer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your license key
- All activities that occur under your license
- Ensuring your system meets the minimum requirements
- Using the Software in compliance with all applicable laws
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RECON-SPOOFER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will cease immediately.
Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Software at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
